What AstraHomes is

AstraHomes is a home search product currently in early development, operated by [AstraHomes legal entity name]. It lets you search listings in plain language and, once that feature is live, coordinate that search with other people through group matching.

Not real estate or legal advice

AstraHomes helps you find listings. It does not act as your real estate agent, broker, lawyer, or financial advisor, and nothing on the site is professional advice. Decisions to view, offer on, or purchase a property are yours to make, ideally with a licensed professional involved.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts used to scrape, resell, or misuse listing data will be suspended.

Group matching

When group matching is live, anyone you invite into a group will be able to see the listings your group is searching and the homes members have liked. Only invite people you actually want to share that with.

Listing data

Listings are provided through Astra Realty Group, Brokerage, a licensed Ontario real estate brokerage, and are sourced from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). Use of that data is subject to the terms in our MLS disclaimer. Listing accuracy is the responsibility of the brokerage that filed it, not AstraHomes.

Prohibited uses

You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract listing data; resell, redistribute, or republish listing data outside AstraHomes; use the service to build a competing product; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

Intellectual property

The AstraHomes name, logo, and site design belong to us. Listing data, photos, and MLS/REALTOR® trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used under license, as described in the MLS disclaimer.

Service changes

AstraHomes is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times while we build.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using AstraHomes and close your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

AstraHomes is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, [AstraHomes legal entity name] is not liable for decisions made based on information found through the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AstraHomes changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
